3. Services & products

3.1 Training, consultancy & speaking

We provide training, consultancy, speaking, and facilitation services to organisations and individuals.

Specific details (including scope, fees, delivery format, and cancellation terms) are agreed in writing for each booking. For organisational bookings, the booking confirmation email and any attached Training Terms form the agreement for delivery.

3.2 Digital products & resources

We may offer downloadable digital resources.

Access details will be provided after payment.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated.

If you experience any issues accessing a digital product, please contact us for support.

3.3 Events, talks & workshops

Where tickets are sold for events, talks, or workshops:

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Refunds are not available unless otherwise stated.

If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate billing information. If payment fails, access to services or resources may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within training materials — including text, graphics, logos, documents, slides, and resources — is the intellectual property of Diversity Does, unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for personal or internal organisational use only and may not be reproduced, shared externally, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Insurance Coverage

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

All services, training, consultancy, and delivery provided by Diversity Does are subject to UK jurisdiction and legal interpretation.

Insurance Coverage:
Diversity Does holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate for its UK-based consultancy, training, and digital products. This insurance applies under UK law and within the scope of activities and locations specified by the policy. Nothing in these Terms implies coverage, responsibility, or legal standing outside of the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

For the avoidance of doubt, services delivered to clients or organisations based outside the UK are nonetheless governed by UK law unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing prior to engagement.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
