Not only does my strategy for meal planning fool my ADHD brain into not realising that’s what I’m doing but it has the added overall benefit of encouraging me to eat more balanced meals (rather than binge eating or not eating at all). It also saves me money, helps me to reduce my food waste, reduces the overwhelm of feeding a family of fussy eaters and in turn teaches them the ADHD way too!
