We’re committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtful neurodiversity training. We also recognise that plans can change. This policy explains our approach to cancellations, refunds and transfers, so expectations are clear for everyone.
Cooling-Off Period
If you book a course online or via email, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the training has not yet taken place or commenced.
This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellations
More than 14 calendar days before the scheduled session:
You may choose either:
a transfer to a future course date (subject to availability), or
a refund minus a 15% administration fee, to cover preparation and processing.
Within 14 calendar days of the scheduled session:
Bookings are non-refundable. You may:
transfer to another available date once, or
nominate a colleague to attend in your place.
Non-attendance without prior notice (no-shows):
Unfortunately, refunds or transfers cannot be offered.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events happen. In cases of serious illness, bereavement or significant disruption, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a partial or full refund, or alternative arrangements, at our discretion.
Satisfaction & Concerns
Our training is designed to be practical, respectful and grounded in evidence-based best practice.
If you have concerns about your experience, we encourage you to contact us directly. While we do not offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee, we are committed to resolving issues fairly and may offer additional support or a goodwill refund where appropriate.
