REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Effective date: 1 January 2026

We are committed to delivering high-quality, impactful neurodiversity training and consultancy. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the terms relating to cancellations, refunds, transfers, and in-person delivery arrangements.

1. Cooling-Off Period (Individual Bookings)

If you book a course online or via email as an individual consumer, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the training has not yet taken place or commenced. This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This cooling-off period does not apply to corporate bookings or where a date has been specifically reserved for your organisation.

2. Corporate & Organisational Bookings

For bookings made by organisations (including in-person sessions, workshops, and consultancy):

Up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled session:

You may request either:

- A transfer to a future agreed date (subject to availability), or

- A refund minus a 15% administration fee to cover preparation and processing.

Less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled session:

- Bookings are non-refundable.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule; however, this remains at our discretion and subject to availability.

3. In-Person Delivery & Travel Costs

Where in-person delivery is agreed, any non-refundable travel or accommodation costs incurred in advance of the session will remain payable in the event of cancellation or postponement by the client.

Travel arrangements may be booked in advance in order to secure reasonable rates. These costs will be itemised on the relevant invoice.

4. No-Shows

For individual bookings:
Non-attendance without prior contact is non-refundable and non-transferable.

For organisational bookings:
Failure to provide access to the agreed session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 14 days.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

We recognise that unexpected events can occur. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or significant unforeseen disruption, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.

6. Satisfaction & Quality

Our training is practical, respectful, and grounded in evidence-informed best practice. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your training experience, please contact us directly. While we do not offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee, we will make every reasonable effort to address concerns and, where appropriate, offer additional support or a goodwill resolution.
