Neurodivergent young people deserve a system that supports them from the classroom through to the workplace. That starts with educators who understand how behaviour is communication, and continues with managers who know how to support neurodivergent apprentices and early-career professionals.
My education offer supports both ends of that journey - by training educators to better meet neurodivergent needs, and by partnering with colleges and universities to strengthen the transition into work through employer-focused consultancy and training.
Inspire and equip future educators and leaders with real-world insight into neurodiversity, inclusion, and the power of behaviour as communication. Sessions are tailored to your course or curriculum, with options to cover:
Understanding neurodivergence in the classroom
Neuroinclusive teaching strategies
Behaviour communication and emotional safety
Neurodiversity and the future of inclusive leadership
I also offer lectures and CPD to university support staff, pastoral teams, and student wellbeing services.
I work with FE colleges and higher education providers to support neurodivergent students beyond graduation or apprenticeship placement.
Recommend Me to Employers:
If your college or university places students into workplaces, I can support those employers to create neuroinclusive environments that help students thrive.
Neuroinclusion in Manager Training
Partner with me to deliver neurodiversity awareness training as part of employer onboarding or management training for apprentice hosts.
Close the Gap
This isn’t just employability - it’s equity. Neurodivergent learners deserve systems that support them at every step. Let’s build that bridge, together.
I also work directly with primary, secondary, and specialist schools to deliver impactful INSET day training that drives whole-school change.
My signature training, De-escalation by Design, introduces a proactive, compassionate approach to behaviour rooted in the understanding that all behaviour is communication.
De-escalation by Design supports staff to:
Respond to distressed behaviour without shame, fear, or overwhelm
Create psychologically safe classrooms
Foster emotional regulation and resilience in all learners
Embed a culture of connection across your setting
Half-day and full-day sessions available. Bespoke options welcomed.
