MARCH 16-20

Neurodiversity Celebration Week
Neurodiversity Celebration Week provides an ideal opportunity for organisations to bring neurodiversity to the forefront of workplace conversations.
During the week, Diversity Does delivers Neurodiversity in Conversation - a supportive, inclusive lunch & learn designed to help organisations open up meaningful conversations about neurodiversity at work in a way that feels human, respectful, and psychologically safe.
Delivered in a warm, accessible, and engaging style, the session is suitable for all roles and levels. It focuses on building shared understanding, reducing stigma, and supporting more inclusive day-to-day interactions across teams - celebrating the diversity of how people think, process, and experience work.

Speaker | Women Who, Worcestershire
Diversity Does is delighted to be speaking at an upcoming Women Who Worcestershire event - a vibrant community bringing together women in business to connect, collaborate and grow.
Maisie will be sharing a session exploring the experiences of ADHD and autistic women in business, and how unmet needs can often show up in ways that are misunderstood or overlooked in professional environments.
Drawing on both lived experience and her work as a neurodiversity consultant, Maisie will introduce the idea of intentional thinking and Universal Design for Life — simple, practical ways women can design their work and environments in ways that better support their energy, strengths and wellbeing.
Women Who events are known for their supportive atmosphere and focus on meaningful conversation, making them a fantastic space for women across Worcestershire’s business community to come together, share experiences and learn from one another.
