Single Strategy Session

ONE-OFF SUPPORT

Insight. Understanding. Acceptance.

This is a one-off 90-minute session designed to help you tackle your most pressing challenges head-on. Whether you're facing school-related stress, rising anxiety at home, behaviour that’s becoming harder to manage—or just a sense that things aren’t working—we’ll work through it together.

You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of what’s really going on, a set of actionable next steps tailored to your family, and a downloadable Family Support Pack with key templates and tools to help you get started.

What's Included:

  • One 90-minute live session (via Teams) – Focused, personalised support based on your family’s current situation

  • Family Support Pack – Including a sensory profile template, De-escalation by Design planning tool, and practical resources to help you apply what we discuss

  • Session Summary Notes – A written overview of key discussion points, strategies, and next steps

  • 7-day follow-up email access – Ask questions or share updates after your session as you begin implementing the strategies

You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a plan you can actually stick to - one that works with your child’s needs, not against them.

This session is ideal for you if:

  • You’re facing a specific challenge and want support to untangle it

  • You feel stuck and need a fresh, neurodivergent-informed perspective

  • You want to make changes now, but don’t know where to begin

  • You’re unsure if longer-term support is right for your family just yet

  • You’d like to experience what working together is like before committing to a full package

Cost per session

  • 125

Whether you're brand new to navigating neurodivergence, or just need a strategy reset—this session is designed to meet you where you are.

Why I'm the right person to help

I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to this work. I’m a neurodiversity consultant, trainer, and educator with over 20 years’ experience supporting families, schools, and organisations. I’m also a neurodivergent parent raising two wonderfully wired kids of my own.

I understand the juggle, the emotion, the pressure to do things the "right" way - and I know how much shifts when we stop trying to fit our families into neurotypical moulds.

My role isn’t to judge or tell you what to do. It’s to offer insight, guidance, and practical strategies that work with your child’s neurology - and your family's dynamics, so you can start creating more calm, connection, and confidence at home.

A Gentle Word of Reassurance

You are not failing.
You are not “too soft,” “too strict,” or “making excuses.”
You are navigating something that most people don’t understand—and you’re doing it without a manual.

This session is a chance to pause, get support from someone who gets it, and walk away with a plan tailored to your child and your family—not someone else’s idea of how things “should” be.

You don’t have to do this alone.

- WINNIE THE POOH

Meet Maisie:

Hi, I’m Maisie—a neurodivergent mum, neurodiversity consultant, and educator with over 20 years’ experience supporting families, schools, and organisations.

I bring warmth, clarity and a deep understanding of what it means to raise neurodivergent children in a world that isn’t always set up for them (or us).

This work is personal. It’s rooted in lived experience, professional training, and a deep belief that when we parent in ways that truly fit, life doesn’t just get easier—it becomes more joyful, connected, and sustainable.

I’m here to walk alongside you, offer perspective, and help you move forward in a way that feels do-able, kind, and grounded in what your child actually needs.
