1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Digital Products

We offer a variety of downloadable products. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital products via email or through your account on the Site. All sales of digital products are final, and no refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Physical Products

For physical products, you will receive shipping details after your order is processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, unless other time frame has been confirmed. Returns for physical products are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened and in original condition.

2.3 Masterclasses

We offer one-off masterclasses that you can purchase separately. Payment is required at the time of registration. Once registered, you will receive details on how to access the masterclass. All sales for masterclasses are final. In the event that you are unable to attend the live masterclass, you will be provided with a link to access the masterclass recording 24 hours after the masterclass took place. The recording will be accessible for 7 days after the masterclass took place. No refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated.

2.4 Annual Memberships

Annual memberships provide access to exclusive content and resources. Membership fees are billed annually or via the Payment Plan option. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can request a refund up to 14 days after the first Masterclass of the annual membership period ahs been accessed. After this point payments and are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

3. Payment

All payments must be made through our approved payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge you for your purchases. In the event of payment failure, we may suspend your access to the purchased products or services.

4. User Account

To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property
