We’re committed to providing high-quality, impactful neurodiversity training. We also understand that plans sometimes change. This policy outlines your rights and our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers.

Cooling-Off Period

If you book a course online or via email, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the training has not yet taken place or commenced. This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Cancellations

Up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled session:

You may request either: A transfer to a future course date, subject to availability or a refund minus a 15% administration fee to cover preparation and processing.

Less than 14 days before the scheduled session: Bookings are non-refundable. You may transfer to another available date once or nominate a colleague to attend in your place.

No-shows (non-attendance without prior contact): Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or transfers in these cases

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events occur. In the case of serious illness, bereavement, or other significant disruptions, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a partial or full refund, or alternative arrangements, at our discretion.

Satisfaction

Our courses are designed to be practical, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based best practice. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your training experience, we encourage you to contact us directly. While we do not offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee, we will make every effort to resolve concerns and, where appropriate, offer additional support or a goodwill refund.
