What Maisie Can Do For You:

Neurodiversity

in Business

Raising Wellbeing, Retention and Revenue

Forward-thinking companies are no longer asking

if they should support neurodivergent employees - they’re asking

how.

From ADHD and autism to sensory sensitivities, executive functioning differences and parenting challenges, neurodivergence shows up in your workforce every day. The question is: do your systems, teams, and leaders know how to respond?

I help businesses:

  • Build inclusive practices that unlock productivity, innovation and retention

  • Deliver targeted training for HR, L&D, DEI and wellbeing teams

  • Support neurodivergent employees and those parenting ND children

  • Align inclusion efforts with ESG, wellbeing and sustainability goals

  • Foster a culture where psychological safety and diverse thinking can thrive

Whether you're looking for a 90-minute awareness session, a bespoke workshop series, or consultancy that creates meaningful change — you're in the right place.

Because when you support neurodivergent minds, everyone benefits.

Neurodiversity

in Education

Raising Confidence, Wellbeing, Attendance and Attainment.

Schools are increasingly tasked with supporting neurodivergent students particularly those with ADHD, and autism. Managing challenging behaviours and meeting the social and emotional needs of these students can be overwhelming, especially with limited resources. The wellbeing of neurodivergent parents is often overlooked, affecting their ability to engage with the school community.

With the right knowledge, staff can feel confident in identifying and addressing each student’s unique needs. By understanding that unmet needs often lead to dysregulated behaviours, schools can move beyond one-size-fits-all policies to create a more inclusive, supportive approach. Practical strategies can reduce disruptions, improve student wellbeing, and foster a positive learning environment.

By strengthening relationships with parents and ensuring they feel heard and supported, schools can build a culture of empathy and trust. This collaborative approach boosts family engagement, enhances student outcomes, and improves school morale.

Investing in tailored neurodiversity training and consultancy will help schools:

  • Improve student behaviour and reduce disruptions

  • Increase attendance and academic performance

  • Foster a more inclusive, supportive school culture

  • Strengthen relationships with families

  • Enhance school reputation, attracting students and families

Maisie’s services provide cost-effective solutions that create lasting, positive change. From INSET day workshops to bespoke consultancy, Maisie will help your school build a culture where every student can thrive.

Neurodiversity

for Families

Empowering support groups to make a real difference.

Caregivers of neurodivergent children often face overwhelming challenges - managing escalating behaviours at home, in school, and in the community - while navigating emotional, social, and financial stress. For those running caregiver support groups, it can be difficult to provide targeted, effective support with limited resources, especially when there’s uncertainty about the ‘why’ behind certain behaviours and how to help families in a practical way.

Maisie works with group organisers to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to better understand neurodivergent behaviours and provide tailored support to families. Through workshops and speaking sessions, Maisie helps leaders gain insights into the unique challenges caregivers face, teaching practical strategies to manage dysregulated behaviours, and create a more supportive, inclusive environment for families.

By improving the understanding of neurodiversity, organisers can offer more effective, compassionate support, empowering families to feel seen and heard, and strengthening the overall impact of the group.

Let’s work together to make your support group a stronger resource for neurodivergent families!

How Maisie can work with you:

  • Neurodiversity Awareness Workshops
Tailored workshops to raise awareness of neurodiversity, helping participants understand the challenges neurodivergent individuals and their families face. Whether for employees, school staff, or group organisers, these sessions provide practical strategies to create supportive environments.

  • Manager/Leader Training
Empower managers, teachers, or group leaders with the knowledge and confidence to support neurodivergent individuals, particularly those who are parents or caregivers of neurodivergent children, fostering an empathetic and inclusive approach.

  • Inspirational Speaker & Event Engagements

As an inspirational speaker, I can share personal experiences and insights at events, conferences, or gatherings. These talks inspire audiences, spark meaningful discussions, and help create a deeper understanding of neurodiversity, fostering a more inclusive, empathetic culture.

  • Behaviour Management & Support Strategies

Practical guidance on managing dysregulated behaviours and understanding the unmet needs behind them. This service equips participants with inclusive, personalised approaches to support neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, classroom, or support group settings.

  • Tailored Consultancy & Audits
Offering bespoke support to assess and improve policies, environments, and processes in the workplace, school, or group setting. Recommendations ensure a more inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly approach, addressing specific challenges and creating lasting change.

  • Building Stronger Relationships with Families

Training and consultancy on how to build trust and improve communication with neurodivergent families, ensuring they feel supported and heard, leading to better engagement and outcomes for both children and caregivers.
