THE FAMILY EDITION PACKAGE
Terms & Conditions

1. Overview of the Offer
The Family Edition is a long-term parent strategy coaching package designed to support families raising neurodivergent children. This package offers flexible delivery over a 6–12 month period and includes 1:1 coaching, personalised resources, email support, and advocacy.
2. Named Child Clause
This package includes support for one named child. This includes creation of documents such as the sensory profile, de-escalation plan, external referral paperwork (e.g., EHCP, CAMHS, DLA), and school or multi-agency advocacy.
If you require equivalent personalised documents or advocacy support for additional children, they may be added to your package at a cost of £500 per additional child.
3. What’s Included
12 x 1:1 coaching sessions (each approx. 75 minutes)
Comprehensive sensory profile & sensory diet plan
De-escalation strategy plan
Email support between sessions (response within 48 hours Mon–Fri)
Downloadable Home Organisation & Resource Bundle
Support with external agency paperwork and referrals
Advocacy for school and multi-agency meetings (within scope of included time)
Delivery of sessions may be in person (within [your location/radius]) or via Zoom.
4. Package Duration & Session Scheduling
Clients may choose to use the 12 sessions over 6 to 12 months, based on individual preference and need. All sessions must be booked and used within 12 months of the package start date.
You are responsible for booking your sessions. Reminders and a booking link will be provided.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion.
Unused sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the 12-month period.
6. Payment Terms
The full package cost is £2,499, payable: In full at the time of booking OR via an agreed payment plan (details to be discussed individually).
Any add-on child support will be charged at £500 per child, payable upfront before additional work is undertaken.
Payment plans require a signed agreement and prompt payments to maintain access to the service.
7. Communication & Boundaries
Email support is available between sessions. I aim to respond to all emails within 2 working days (Mon–Fri) Voxer, WhatsApp, or other informal communication channels are not part of the package unless agreed in advance.
8. Confidentiality
All personal and family information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially. Information will only be shared with external parties (e.g., schools, agencies) with your explicit consent.
9. My Commitment to You
You’ll receive personalised, judgement-free support from someone who understands both professionally and personally the complexities of raising neurodivergent children. I commit to providing evidence-informed strategies, honest conversations, and a flexible, compassionate approach.
