“What if taking care of yourself is the first step to

helping your family thrive..?”

Thriving in Motherhood

with ADHD

Becoming a mum and raising little people presents its own challenges, but when you have ADHD as well, you have the addition of a whole other set of complications and mental load that you may never have even been aware of up until now.

From the very first moment that you find out you are pregnant, through to your child taking their first steps, their first day of school, all the way through to them turning 18 and wanting to go and explore the world, your ADHD brain is put under even more pressure to be organised, focused, motivated and all the other things children demand of you as a parent.

But when each week is crammed full with PTA meetings, homework, housework, packed lunches, consent forms, children's parties, doctors appointments, extra-curricular activities, play dates and your own work and social commitments... how on earth are you supposed to do, and remember it all?!

As a mum with ADHD, dis-organisation, forgetfulness and emotional dysregulation are all part of your day. However with some ADHD friendly strategies and systems in place, you really can make the most of the incredible things that ADHD has to offer, whilst lessoning the stress and overwhelm that can also be present when ADHD is unsupported.

Not only will adding daily systems and strategies help to keep you on track and organised with all the mundane elements of family life (that ADHD reeeally prefers not to deal with) but it will also help to teach your children how to be organised as well.

I have put together the exact ADHD Family Management System that I use myself. To reduce overwhelm, why not start with just one or two strategies or, if your ADHD brain wants to go all-in, then why not go for The Nd Mama's Deluxe Bundle, where EVERYTHING is included with some added FREE bonuses too!

“Now, as an adult, I have ADHD – they diagnosed me. But as a kid, my mum was like, ‘Let’s sign her up for every activity. Let’s tire her out.’ I’ve always had a tremendous amount of enthusiasm. I was just interested in, like, everything. I had a really active imagination. I had a lot of really deep feelings. I was emotional.”
