Let me introduce myself!

“The great thing about new friends is that they bring new energy into your soul” - unknown.

Since realising that I am ADHD at the age of 37 and coming to terms with how that has been impacting on my experience of parenting for the past decade, as well as my mental health, I knew things had to change. There had to be a better, less stressful way of doing things because trying to hide my daily overwhelm and meltdowns were clearly not working!

So, I have been on a mission of self-discovery, education and finding ways to make being a parent with ADHD a little bit easier on myself (because parenting isn't hard enough without sprinkling a little ADHD disorganisation into the mix).

This 'new' way of living life has not only transformed who I am as a person but is having an amazing knock on effect for my family too; better organisation, improved confidence and mindset, healthier finances and so much more patience and empathy for one another.

So, if you are a mama with ADHD (diagnosed or otherwise) and want to get to know yourself better, learn tips and tricks on making parenting-life a little less stressful and a little more fun - and be part of a community of other neurodivergent mama's - come and join The Nd Mama Club!
